1st Introductory Course on Trials and Design - 23-24 February 2022
As part of ongoing efforts to build capacity for clinical trials in the Philippines, the National Institutes of Health of the University of the Philippines Manila is conducting the First Introductory Course on Trials and Design this February 23-24, 2022 in collaboration with the Japan National Center for Global Health and Medicine (NCGM) and funded by the Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED).
This training will be the first of a series of trainings aimed at strengthening skills and capacity among Filipino researchers in the design, conduct, and management of quality and safe clinical trials in the Philippines. It is designed to empower Filipino scientists to plan and manage human clinical trials with an understanding of the trial management framework and budget requirements. This event provides an opportunity to learn more about clinical trials from distinguished trialists and researchers. A total of 30 participants across the country with promising potential to lead and contribute to clinical trials have been invited.
