6th IPS Research Hour Webinar - Nanotechnology: Liquid Crystals as Drug Carriers

The Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, one of the research institutes of the National Institutes of Health, University of the Philippines Manila, will be holding its 6th IPS Research Hour webinar on 29 September 2023 (Friday), from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Manila time) via Zoom platform. The main topic is “Nanotechnology: Liquid Crystals as Drug Carriers”.

The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Gerard Lee L. See, who obtained his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences degree at Josai University, Japan. He is currently the Dean of the School of Health Care Professions and Associate Professor at the Department of Pharmacy at the University of San Carlos in
Cebu. He has vast experience in the field of research and specializes in drug delivery systems. The 6th IPS Research Hour is meant to enrich knowledge on research applications of nanotechnology in developing liquid crystals in drug delivery systems.
