D.Research Fascilities and Biosafety Committee Functions: - To review work conducted at or sponsored by the concerned institution and recommend research proposals for the approval of the National Committee on Biosafety of the Philippines
- To review and assess work with potential risks being conducted in the concerned institution to ensure that the requirements of the biosafety guidelines are being fulfilled
- To formulate and adopt emergency measures covering accidental spills and personal contamination resulting from work
- To report immediately to NRCP, any significant problems with or violations of the guidelines and any significant research-related accidents or illnesses.
