UPM Student Researcher Grant 2014

The University of the Philippines Manila - National Institutes of Health (UPM-NIH), promotes and supports local researches that can respond to the current health concerns in the Philippines, through a research grant program that will provide funding support to all undergraduate students, medical students, masteral students without any scholarship who will conduct their thesis/research. This grant will serve as Thesis Subsidy of up to P40,000 each to subsidize expenses for maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE). Scientific publication is highly encouraged for thesis/research subsidy grantees, but not required. Proposals shall be evaluated based on relevance and scientific merit subject to appropriate ethical clearance. The thesis or research adviser should endorse the application and will be responsible for financial disbursements and liquidation of funds. The National Institutes of Health through the UPM Student Researcher Grant is now accepting applications. The full research proposal or thesis proposal will be required.
