International Society of Nephrology (ISN) Clinical Research Program
We are pleased to announce that the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) is accepting applications for their Clinical Research Program. The aim of the program is to promote research and education programs in low- to middle-income countries while involving local nephrologists, health workers and authorities. The committee funds small research projects to detect and manage non-communicable chronic diseases such as Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
The proposals should cover any of the following topics:
1. Screening and intervention studies for CKD
2. Clinical research on acute and chronic kidney disease geared towards addressing specific local needs
3. Epidemiology, risk factors, prevention and treatment of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)
