USAID STRIDE Innovation for Development (SID) Grant

We are pleased to announce that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has launched the new Science, Technology, Research, and Innovation for Development (STRIDE) for Innovation for Development (SID) Grants for Science and Technology. They are now accepting applications from Philippine Academic Institutions collaborating with civil society groups such as non-governmental organizations, community-based organizations, people’s organizations, cooperatives, and others for up to 12 months of joint research.

 

Call for Application: Collaborative Research on Health and the Environment in the South East Asian and Western Pacific Regions

We are pleased to announce that the World Health Organization (WHO TDR) is accepting proposals to undertake transdisciplinary research on health and environment leading to the development of community-participatory strategies for the prevention and control of vector-borne diseases (VBD).

 

International Society of Nephrology (ISN) Clinical Research Program

We are pleased to announce that the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) is accepting applications for their Clinical Research Program. The aim of the program is to promote research and education programs in low- to middle-income countries while involving local nephrologists, health workers and authorities. The committee funds small research projects to detect and manage non-communicable chronic diseases such as Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

2017 Newtrition™ Asia Research Grant by BASF

We are pleased to announce that the BASF Nutrition and Health Division is now accepting proposals for the 2017 Newtrition™ Asia Research Grant. The proposals should focus on understanding the relationship between functional ingredients and health. BASF established the grant program as a science-based platform to advance research in preventive health. The grant challenges researchers in the region to find science-based solutions in optimizing health using omega-3 fatty acids and plant sterols.

Call for Proposal 2016: Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Joint Research Project
