Call for Proposals: International Development Research Center – Developing innovative Veterinary solutions for the fight against antimicrobial resistance

We are pleased to announce that the International Development Research Center (IDRC) is now accepting proposals that will develop innovative veterinary solutions focused on product development to reduce therapeutic and prevent non-therapeutic antimicrobial (AMR) use by farmers in developing countries. The program specifically focuses on reducing AMR in swine, poultry, and aquaculture animals. Proposals should focus on new or improved product-oriented solutions that would significantly reduce the therapeutic and/or non-therapeutic use of antibiotics in Low and Middle Income countries in poultry, swine, and/or aquaculture production.

Attached is the Call for Proposals for more information.

The deadline for submission of proposals is on September 12, 2018 by 11:00 AM (EDT). For inquiries, kindly coordinate with the Research Grants Administration Office (rgao@post.upm.edu.ph, 567-2054)
